Something not quite right? Returns are eligible within 30 days of when you originally received your product.

Please note that products must be in their original condition when received back to us. A full refund will be issued once the product has been received and inspected by our product team.

You can pack and send your return in just a few simple steps:

  1. Contact customer service at info@muttiandklaus.com to receive a return shipping label.
  2. Pack the item securely in a box and tape the return label to the exterior of your package.
  3. Drop the package off at your local Canada Post office.

 Please Note:

  • Custom made products are not eligible for returns unless they were not made to the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Mutti and Klaus has the right to refuse the return of items if the package/item is damaged, or the item is not the original product shipped. We endeavor to be fair, but we must refuse to refund used or damaged products.

 

US Orders

  1. Contact customer service at info@muttiandklaus.com to receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
  2. Pack the item securely in a box. Write the Return Authorization Code (RAC) and our return address on the exterior of the package.
  3. Drop the package off at your local post office.
